A client came in with debilitating neck pain from hours at her desk. We focused on releasing her upper trapezius and levator scapulae muscles with gentle, sustained pressure to melt away the tension knots. ✨ She left feeling lighter and able to turn her head without pain. Send this to someone who needs this release!
