18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Effective date: August 29, 2026. All models, actors, actresses, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct available on fantelle.com were at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the depiction was produced.

Records Custody

Content available on fantelle.com is produced by independent content producers (creators), who are the primary producers of their respective works within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations are maintained by the respective content producers, each of whom acts as the custodian of records for the content they produce. Requests to identify or reach the records custodian for a specific work may be directed to [email protected], and we will route the request to the relevant producer.

Platform Role

Fantelle operates as a distribution platform. Its involvement with creator content is limited to the transmission, storage, and distribution of works produced by independent producers, activities consistent with 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4). Fantelle does not produce, direct, or participate in the production of creator content. Every creator contractually certifies to Fantelle, before publishing, that all persons depicted in their content were at least 18 years old at the time of production and that they maintain the age and identity documentation required by applicable law. Fantelle verifies the identity and age of every creator with government-issued identification before their account can publish content.

Viewer Age Policy

The Platform is intended exclusively for adults. By accessing fantelle.com you affirm that:

you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
viewing adult content is legal in your location;
you are accessing the material voluntarily and for your own personal use.

If you do not meet all of these conditions, you must leave the site immediately. We encourage parents and guardians to use parental-control software to restrict minors' access to adult websites.

Reporting Concerns

Fantelle has zero tolerance for content involving minors. If you believe any person appearing in content on the Platform was under 18 at the time of production, report it immediately via the support form at /support/ or to [email protected]. Reported content is disabled pending investigation, and substantiated cases result in permanent removal, account termination, and referral to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
