1. Overview
Effective date: August 29, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what data Fantelle, the operator of fantelle.com (the Platform), collects, why, and what rights you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a paid subscription platform and we do not sell personal data.
2. Data We Collect
Account data
Your email address and your password. Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes; we cannot read them and never store them in plain text.
Payment data
Payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT). We record blockchain transaction identifiers, sending wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps in order to match payments to subscriptions and resolve disputes. We do not collect or process card numbers or bank details — there is no card payment on the Platform at all.
Server logs
Standard web server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps) are kept for 14 days for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics, after which they are deleted. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.
3. Cookies
We use only functional first-party cookies:
- a session cookie that keeps you signed in;
- an age-confirmation cookie that remembers you have confirmed being 18 or older.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. How We Use Data
We use the data above to provide and secure the service, confirm payments and grant access, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
5. No Sale of Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
6. Third Parties
We share data only with providers necessary to operate the Platform:
- Xazum — cryptocurrency payment processing. Receives the transaction details required to detect and confirm your payment (wallet addresses, amounts, transaction identifiers); it does not receive your password.
- Cloudflare — CDN and security layer. Traffic to the Platform passes through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver content and block attacks.
We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Fantelle, creators, or users.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Server logs are kept 14 days as described above. Payment transaction records may be retained after account deletion where necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal defence.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via the support form at /support/ or [email protected]. Account deletion removes your account data, except records we are required or legitimately entitled to keep (such as payment transaction records). We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9. Data Security
All traffic is encrypted with TLS, passwords are hashed, and internal access to personal data is restricted to what operation of the service requires. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.
