1. Acceptance of These Terms

Effective date: August 29, 2026. These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Fantelle, the operator of fantelle.com (the Platform). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Platform, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — Adults Only

The Platform hosts adult (18+) content. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are located where accessing adult content is lawful. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that all of these conditions are met. We may suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor, without notice and without refund.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal: they may not be shared, sold, or transferred. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately through the support form at /support/ or at [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to creator content is sold as prepaid, fixed-term subscriptions payable in cryptocurrency (USDT). Because cryptocurrency payments cannot be re-billed, subscriptions do not auto-renew: when your paid term ends, access simply expires, and you may purchase a new term at any time. Prices are displayed before payment and may change for future terms; changes never affect a term you have already paid for. Blockchain network fees are your responsibility. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Content Licence

All content on the Platform is owned by the respective creators or their licensors. Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream and view content within the Platform for private, non-commercial use only. You may not download, record, screen-capture, copy, redistribute, re-upload, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content, in whole or in part. Any breach of this licence terminates it immediately and may result in account termination and legal claims by Fantelle or the affected creator.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content-protection measures, including by downloading or capturing content;
share, resell, or publish content or account access;
scrape, crawl, or access the Platform by automated means;
upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Platform;
harass, threaten, defraud, or attempt to deanonymise creators or other users;
impersonate any person or misrepresent your age or identity;
use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or payment fraud.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time via support. We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, or abuse of the Platform or its users. Termination for breach forfeits any remaining subscription time without refund. Sections 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Creators are solely responsible for their content; Fantelle does not endorse it and does not guarantee that any creator will continue publishing or remain on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Fantelle's total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fantelle in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, is always published on this page, and material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
