A client came in with debilitating tension in her upper trapezius from hours at her desk, so we used deep, circular kneading motions on her upper traps and levator scapulae to release the knots. She left feeling lighter and with full neck mobility again. 😮💨 Send this to a friend who needs to release their shoulder tension!
