A client came in with a locked-up hip causing a burning ache down her IT-band. We performed this side-lying hip mobilization, gently guiding her femur to create space in the joint capsule. This released deep tension around her hip and leg. She walked out feeling immediate relief. 😮💨 Send this to someone who needs this!
