A client came in with sharp, nagging hip pain that radiated down her thigh after sitting. ๐ฎ We focused on a gentle, passive hip mobilization, rotating her leg to create space in the joint and release tension in her deep gluteal muscles and lower back. She felt immediate relief and could move freely. โจ Send this to someone who needs this release!
